Pre-Occupation Clean

Our pre-occupation clean will have your new home welcoming you into its fresh and clean rooms. You'll feel confident enough to let children play on the floor from the minute you walk into your new home.

If you are a landlord/developer this type of clean will make all the difference to your new tenants/purchasers as they can start to place their belongings in their new home without cleaning a thing.

Products

We use steam cleaning wherever possible because:

• Steam is a natural source using just clean water to create a powerful cleaning force
• There is no use of potentially harmful chemicals and this makes it an extremely safe way to clean around your home
• Steam leaves no toxic residue on surfaces and will not stain upholstery
• Steam kills well known bacteria such as E. coli, Listeria and Salmonella, and leaves areas hypoallergenic
• Using only water means it's environmentally friendly as well

All our chemical based products are green and environmentally safe, with the exception of the limescale remover that we use for de-scaling shower heads.

FirstPoint Cleaning fees are very competitive and depend on the number of rooms we clean in each property. We welcome one-off jobs and long-term contracts.
